What should be paid attention to in the construction of hydraulic gear pump GPY-3R?

 

When using the hydraulic gear pump GPY-4R, it is necessary to prevent mud, sand and other debris from entering the hydraulic oil and clean it regularly. When installing the hydraulic gear pump GPY-5.8R, it is necessary to set up a safety valve and a remote device. The oil tank shall not enter the flying dust, and the oil suction pipe shall not be too long, not more than 50cm. Ensure that there is no air leakage in the oil pipeline and minimize the use of elbows.

 

The following are important:

 

1. Remember to fill oil and exhaust before use, so that the hydraulic gear pump GPY-7Rcan timely absorb the hydraulic oil when rotating. After the hydraulic gear pump GPY-9R is installed, it should be operated under load for a short time and no-load for half an hour.

 

2. To keep the oil in the system clean, install an oil filter whose filtering accuracy is greater than 25 μ m in the return pipeline, install an oil filter whose filtering accuracy is about 80-100 μ m in the suction pipe of the hydraulic gear pump, and clean or replace the hydraulic oil filter regularly.

 

3. If there is an oil filter in the oil suction pipe of the hydraulic gear pump GPY-8R, make sure that the flow of the oil inlet filter is more than twice of the maximum oil suction flow of the hydraulic gear pump GPY-11.5R, and keep the oil pipe unblocked to prevent the system from blocking.

 

4. When the hydraulic gear pump GPY-10R is working, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃, and the instantaneous temperature shall not exceed 120 ℃, so as to avoid premature aging of the seal and oil leakage.
